Terms of Service
Last updated 24 July 2026. Plain-language terms — read the parts about the game's own rules and refunds before you order.
1. What Pogo.Market is
Pogo.Market is a storefront that sells in-game currency and item top-ups — currently PokéCoins, item bundles and single items for Pokémon GO — at a lower price than the in-app store, delivered directly to the trainer account you provide at checkout.
2. Accepting these terms
Placing an order, or creating an account, means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site. You must be old enough to legally enter into this kind of purchase in your country of residence, and old enough to hold an account in the underlying game.
3. The risk you're accepting
Buying in-game currency from a third-party seller — including us — generally breaches the terms of service of the game itself. That's true industry-wide, not specific to Pogo.Market. It carries a real risk that the game's operator could suspend or ban the account that receives the top-up. You are choosing to accept that risk when you place an order. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Inc., Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any related entity, and nothing here should be read as a claim otherwise.
4. Placing an order
Checkout asks for the PTC username and password the top-up should be credited to, and a payment method. Double-check the trainer details before paying — once a top-up is delivered to an account, it cannot be clawed back.
5. Delivery and refunds
Orders are typically fulfilled within around ten minutes of payment. If your balance hasn't updated within an hour of your order confirmation, contact support with your order reference (it starts PM-) and we will either complete delivery or refund you in full that same day — whichever gets resolved first works in your favour, not ours.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD and can change without notice; the price at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay. Items and bundles are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or updated at any time.
7. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your Pogo.Market account credentials to yourself and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it. We can suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.
8. Prohibited use
Don't use the site to commit fraud, launder payment instruments, abuse the refund process, or attempt to access another customer's account or order data. Orders that show signs of stolen-payment use will be cancelled and may be reported.
9. Limitation of liability
Beyond replacing or refunding an order that fails to deliver as described in section 5, Pogo.Market is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site — including any action a game operator takes against an account after a top-up, which is a consequence of section 3, not a failure of delivery on our part.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms go through the same place as everything else — Contact us, or the live chat in the corner of this page.
