Before you buy
How do the coins actually reach my account?
Provide us with temporary access to your PTC account. We will log in, redeem the PokéCoins, sign out immediately after the process is complete, and permanently delete your PTC account credentials from our records.
Why is it cheaper than buying in the game?
We buy coins in volume and pass most of the difference on. The saving grows with bundle size, which is why the cost-per-coin drops as you go up the tiers. The exact rate is printed on every card before you buy.
What if the coins don't arrive?
You get a full refund. If your balance hasn't moved within an hour of the confirmation email, reply to it and we'll either deliver or refund that day — your choice, not ours.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Ten bundles per order. If you need more than that in one go, contact support and we'll arrange it rather than having you run the same checkout repeatedly.
